We who have the desire to be successful must learn from those that have achieved success. Fortunately, successful people know the value of royalties. They write a series of books which we must take full advantage of. The process of doing this will make you more successful with each and every page you read. We must do all we can to achieve a larger vision of our own potential for a successful life. The difference between a successful outcome and failure is the vision that will allow us to persevere beyond the point at which most others will fail.
The books I recommend cover business, sales, and success related philosophies because if you are going to successfully make money online you must develop a sound understanding of yourself and the way businesses work. I have had people say to me “It costs money to get started”. When someone buys a franchise or starts their “mom & pop” store, they will normally find themselves deep in the hole, and they might not find themselves in the black (breakeven or profitable) for 5 years or more if they make it at all, as most businesses that fail will normally do it within the first 2 years. To successfully make money online you will have to make a small investment both in time, effort and financially, however it will be an investment in you owning the fruits of your labor. When I got my first job in the casino industry, I found that I had to buy a gaming card, which is required by a regulatory agency. This meant that I had to spend money which gave me the privilege to work 40 or more stressful hours a week building someone else’s dreams. It made more sense to invest the money in my business where I could start building my own dreams.
You are probably thinking I don’t have time to read books. Like everyone else, it is hard to find the time to read a whole book in one sitting. However, if you make it a daily habit to read a set number of pages, it will add up to plenty of personal growth over the course of a year. It is essential to your success that you gather this information and learn to utilize it to successfully make money online. I recommend, “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olson. It will get you off to a successful start and point you to other important books which you should read.
